People of Pranic Healing – Cody Engstrom

As a musician, I have seen the life-changing impact energy can have on an individual.⠀⠀

.⠀⠀

Music is something that most everyone connects with and relates to, as it has the power to evoke and awaken particular energies within us such as thoughts, memories, or emotions. ⠀⠀

.⠀⠀

Despite this first hand experience with the intangible, for some time music was my only form of Spiritual refuge. I had long ago become angry with the concept of God for a variety of personal reasons, though I was certain that there had to be something larger than myself due to the impact that music had on my life and those around me.⠀⠀

.⠀⠀

When I first began Pranic Healing, the larger picture came into clear view, and any skepticism and anger in my mind was quickly disintegrated. The realization hit that the energy we were using to heal was simply a different application of the same energy I would feel and see with music. ⠀⠀

.⠀⠀

My desire to grow spiritually was suddenly set on fire, and my understanding of many life experiences began to unfold exponentially. ⠀⠀

.⠀⠀

Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga have become a practice that goes hand in hand with my work as a sound engineer, and I’m constantly discovering new ways to integrate the two together. It has allowed me to understand the deeper capacities and inner workings of music, and be able to work with it in ways that were previously inklings of ideas. It has also helped me keep my stress levels low, and consistently perform at a very high level in an environment where the performance pressure and expectations are incredibly high and demanding.⠀⠀
